Had a small issue after my delivery and, i wasn’t sure how much hassle it was going to be. But I messaged them, they got back to me quickly, and it was sorted without any drama. Just felt easy, which I really appreciated. Happy with the after-sales support overall.

They got back to me the same day and sent a replacement without turning it into a big headache, which says a lot about how a company treats its customers. The pickup took about 2 days, but that wasn’t a problem. The new part arrived well packed and in good condition. Overall, a good experience and fair service.

I ordered this part for my bike and, by my own standards, I’m particular about fit and compatibility. It ended up fitting well overall, and the compatibility matched what was listed. I only had to make a small adjustment during the install. I’m happy with it, but I do think the instructions could’ve been a little clearer.

It held up okay with daily use, but after a while I started noticing some small wear marks. It’s not terrible or anything, haha, and I can still use it just fine. I just thought it would feel a little sturdier for the price. Delivery was smooth though, so no complaints there.

Overall, I’d say it’s worth the price. The product does what it’s supposed to and I’m happy enough with it, but I did feel a little dismissed when I had a question about it. It would’ve been nice to get a more helpful response instead of feeling like I was being rushed along.
